Since I was very young, my parents always instilled values of hard work and treating people the way I would want to be treated. Growing up, I volunteered as much as I could to help others in my community, and I am blessed to continue this service through my career. Every day, I strive to create a comfortable environment for all my patients and be a provider my patients can trust.
I received my dental degree (DDS) from University of Colorado School of dental Medicine. During dental school, I received numerous awards but the one that I am most proud of is being the Valedictorian of my class. I received a scholarship for the highest academic achievement and became a member of the Omicron kappa Upsilon (OKU) National dental honor society.
I believe that learning and education is a lifelong mission; thus I always keep up with new research and studies. I enjoy attending continuing education courses to learn about new techniques and advancements. I completed a New York Implant Institute course where I focussed on the surgical aspect of implant placements. I am an active member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American academy of Implant dentistry, San Diego dental society, and California dental society.
Beyond dentistry, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and traveling but my favorite thing is spending quality time with family and friends. I have two boys and a daughter and I enjoy playing with them. I volunteer and sponsor events in the church and school. I also participate in Give Kids a Smile day, Care harbor day, CDA dental day and provide no cost dental care for struggling foster youth.
